Hello everyone, I know I haven't posted in such a long time and I'm super sorry about that. I'm going to try to do better about posting more often, January was just a very busy month. This blog post is going to be how to make a caramel, chocolate, and cookie dessert.
Let’s get started!

~You will need~
Some sort of pan (I used a cake pan, you can also use a deep frying pan)
Caramels (I used Caraniels)
Chocolate chips
Cookie dough (I used about 2 tubes)

  1. Unwrap your caramels and place them into a bowl, then heat them in the microwave at 45 second intervals, stirring often (be careful, the caramel will be hot)
  2. Cut your cookie dough into smaller pieces and squish them down to the bottom of the pan
  3. Pour the caramel on the flattened cookie dough (you may want to pop the pan of cookie dough in the fridge for a few minutes)
  4. Sprinkle about half a cup to three-fourths a cup of chocolate chips over the caramel
  5. Flatten another cookie dough sheet and place it on top of the chocolate chips
  6. Pop this in the oven at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes
  7. Top with ice cream and enjoy!
